Everything! It was truly special! The room was beautiful, romantic, everything we hoped for. Guilin is a magical place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped us organize our time and some tours. Highly recommend to go for the private car service. Breakfast was so good with both chinese and western options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guilin Village Creek Inn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Michelle and her team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their outstanding service and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and cared for. Michelle’s attention to detail and personal touch truly set this place apart. The mornings at Guilin Village Creek Inn were a highlight of our stay. Each day began with an authentic breakfast that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The variety of local delicacies gave us a wonderful taste of the region's cuisine, and it was evident that a lot of love and care went into preparing each meal. One of the standout experiences during our stay was our trip to Yangshuo via a cruise along the Li River. Michelle and her team arranged everything seamlessly, from the boat tickets to personalized transportation. The cruise itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of the karst mountains and serene river landscapes. It was an unforgettable journey that was made even better by the hassle-free arrangements provided by the inn. The personalized transportation provided by the Guilin Village Creek Inn was another aspect that greatly enhanced our trip. The owner David is very helpful he booked all my activities and airport drop off for me and event drop and pick me up from the night cruise. The place is very convenient and I walked to Elephant Hill Park before heading to the airport in the morning. They provided me with late dinner and early breakfast as needed. I really appreciate all he did for me!

The property was very clean and amenable. I often frequent The lobby area and restaurant and chat with the staff. The hotel manager Yoyo and his wife Fei were very warm and helpful to me during my whole stayed at the hotel. The room was cleaned, organized, and with everything a traveler with need. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers looking to venture into Guilin and it’s adjacent areas. Fei is very knowledgeable about the area and activities. Super happy with my time here. Also the Yoyo’s pizza was really delicious.

    The staff all spoke brilliant English and were so friendly - the owner even took me to the bus stop and waited with me while explaining how to use Chinese buses! The room was a great size and very clean, as was the bathroom. It was also very affordable!

    English speaking staff 10 to Jennifer and Jerry thank you. Value for money 10. Location about 20 to 25 minutes walk to the main square / food street. They arranged tours as well. Laundry is very cheap 15 yuan.

    Very clean rooms, water and all the toiletries needed are provided. Spacious rooms / bathrooms. Staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful, they have helped us book tickets to visit Reed Flute Cave (within walking distance from the property) and gave helpful recommendations for sites to visit. Quiet location so nice for relaxing. The hotel is not in the centre of Guilin but that is not an issue as taxis to the centre are quick and cheap (10-20RMB).

    Excellent location next to Rong Lake. Beautiful room with a relaxing tea room in the room, great for relaxing, reading a book and enjoying tea. Very clean hotel full of antiques from different dynasties as this hotel was previously a museum. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy walks around the property. Good Chinese breakfast too. Real value for money!

    The location of the hotel is just great. You can already reach some sights of Guilin within walking distance. A small shopping street, which becomes a street food market in the evening, can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Already in advance I was able to contact the hotel until WeChat and a pick-up service was organised from the train station and a brochure of some attractions from Guilin was provided. The room was very clean and is really nicely furnished.
