Great location at the center of Haikou. Staff are really helpful and try their best to assist. Rooms spacious and modernely equipped. The bed is very comfy and the room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. I made my advice to include breakfast when booking the room. Highly recommend when visiting Haikou Hainan.

My trip was tourist. The hotel was perfect, clean, cozy, everything you need is there, convenient location, any questions can be quickly resolved through the staff. For to to the most beautiful beach in Haikou only 5 minutes by taxi. to the city center 15-20 minutes. also there are good breakfasts. there are even rooms with a washing machine and some of them has kitchen, which is very convenient and even necessary on long trips. I booked a room for a couple of days, but in the end extended it twice. who expects high floors with a panorama, then they are not here, the hotel is located on the lower floors of the building but the rooms have balconies with a cozy table. Definitely I will come again

Very friendly staff, provided us with free room upgrades to stay close to family on the same floor. Manager was extremely helpful with providing directions and suggestions for restaurants, he even helped us to carry our luggage to the taxi when we were checking out. Very thankful to him as my family had elderly travellers and me and my dad could not carry all the luggage ourselves. Really nice kitchen staff in the dining area who offered to cook noodles for my mom as she was vegetarian. Rooms were extremely comfortable and plenty of amenities were provided. Definitely one of the best places you can stay in Haikou as the hotel is quite new. Good location close to the Haikou East railway station The hotel is located in an alley accessible from the main road but for some reason there are a few taxi drivers that refuse to enter the alley or even the hotel and just dropped us off at the main road. This is not the hotel's fault as it is located around 20-30m from the main road but do take note that some taxi drivers will not want to enter the area.

The hotel is new.. big rooms and state of the art. Impossible to fault it.!! A good breakfast ...free ...offered including western foods. The hotel also offers free laundry and ironing facilities and a free gym!!. Good wifi too. Was very quiet too. The staff were extremely helpful but as for all of China make sure u have a non google based translation app. The young fellow on reception at 5am even used his own app to pay and organize a taxi to the airport. There are many eateries very close by and shops. About 40 rmb trip to airport. All up...highly recommended. Great facilities and offerings at a budget cost.

We rarely write reviews, but this time we couldn't pass by. Thank you, Lora, for an amazing experience. We were picked up by a transfer from the airport; the car was spacious and comfortable, fitting four suitcases. The seats had a massage function. Our hotel room was simply luxurious—very spacious, clean, and functional. We also opted for breakfast, which had an incredibly diverse selection. Everything was delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. The staff was very attentive. If we visit Haikou again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
