It was one of the best hostels I stayed in. In fact, it was a five-star hostel. Even the breakfast was as good as a hotel. You are the best in your job . Good luck

Amazing location almost everything is near by, the staff was very friendly specially the lady in morning shift Esraa was very cooperative and the hotel was very clean.

Being able to use the kitchen was so practical and clean rooms and very comfortable stay

The location being close to hauptbahnhof and not far from markt platz is a huge plus. The hotel is very nice and decorated in nice antiques makes you feel comfortable

Our stay at East Five Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Their warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you for the great hospitality — we would definitely stay here again

the atmosphere and the surroundings was good and perfect.

The staff was amazing very helpful and polite, the view from the balcony was amazing, all the facilities were very clean.

I like that the hotel is clean

Plenty of options for breakfast and enjoyed it each day.

Very polite staff at the reception. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Very flexible staff. Our three bed room was upgraded free of charge to two double bed rooms because there was no availability for a third bed.

We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and they were able to store our luggage while we explored Frankfurt. We chose this property as it was across the street from our rental van office.
