I travelled from UK alone with my dog, checked in late after an exceptional 9hr journey and nothing was too much trouble. Kristof was so friendly and welcoming, and could just call/txt if I needed anything. The place felt clean, comfortable and safe. Will definitely be returning with the family as I know both my husband and 6 year old daughter love it too. The garden is still being landscaped so work in progress but it's a lovely space and even bigger than the photos suggest - great for young families, or lone travellers with dogs! This hotel overlooked the Rhein, which was one of my requirements. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the outdoor patio area in the evening. The hotel is very modern and family owned the polite service was excellent. It was a short walk to the ferry which takes cars and people over the Rhein to the old town. It was a good stop over location on the road back to Rotterdam from Austria
