The location was perfect, close to many places. Taxi stand two blocks away for further trips. Orlando, the owner, was great! He was always here to greet us as we'd come and go, gave us great recommendations for restraunts and was genuinely concerned about making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I loved everything about this place. The owners, Marc and Alonzo, made me feel very welcomed, never tired to answer any question. They were very helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. The breakfast was wonderful, everyday something different, and with love and creativity prepared. Great coffee as well. The bed was extremely comfy and the linen was very soft. I especially appreciated that they were scent free! The owners definitely love what they do, I can feel it in every detail of the interior. The location is great, too. I walked to many of the museums, cafes and restaurants. I will be back.

The property is beautiful. I like the style of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious here. The location is good as well. You are right next to the tranvia and many stores and a few blocks from the catedral de la Inmaculada Concepcion. This property also has its main door locked and you have to ring a bell for staff to open door. I personally liked that, for just added safety measures. So you feel safe being there at all times.
