Amazing location across from the beach in a quieter part of town, but a very easy walk or short tuk tuk ride to the bars and restaurants in town. The staff was top notch, rooms were comfortable and well maintained w AC and the food was great. Couldn't recommend any higher. Best place to stay in Puerto Lopez by far and the staff couldn't be any friendlier or more hospitable

Beautiful property, from the rooms to the pool/breakfast area. Sort walk to beach or food etc… Ava and Vincent worked very hard to make it a memorable stay. We couldn’t recommend this more.

The beach front in front of the hotel, breakfast, and room definitively went beyond my expectations and was very pleased. A wonderful, spacious room, with a clean bathroom with hot water on a perfect location. For the beach you just have to cross the road, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the center. Everything looked great, including the inner garden. Staff helpful and friendly. I would have loved to be able to stay longer.

Located on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with very little commerce to spoil the relaxed vibe. Hot water in the shower, clean rooms, friendly staff. Mini fridge in room, with coke and beer in the communal fridge near the kitchen. Plenty of shaded areas to relax. Lovely garden.

    It was fun to stay in a geodesic dome, as I have read about them. It was quite spacious and the shared bathrooms and showers were very clean. They helped me get a taxi to my next location. They even had a small library of books, so I was able to swap out a new book to read!

    Julio and his father were some of the kindest people I've met on my trip around Ecuador. I arrived to the lodge quite ill and Dr Salazar nursed me back to health and they did everything they could to make me comfortable so I could heal. I wish I could give an even higher rating! The hotel itself is very clean and affordable and even includes breakfast. The pool was very nice as well. 10/10 recommend Tuzco Lodge!
