From the very moment we arrived at Cook’s Club, the level of hospitality and professionalism was truly remarkable. The transportation service was efficient and comfortable, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Upon reaching the hotel, our check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the warm reception from Ali, Yousstina, and Michel at the lobby, who handled everything with genuine care and efficiency. Moving into the heart of the resort, the food was consistently fresh, organic, and bursting with flavor. At the restaurant, Nehad, Heba, Adel, Bechoy, Mohammed, and Walid ensured that every meal was served with a smile and an impeccable sense of service. Dinner with Mr. Tamer, Adel, Bishoy, Nour, and Hisham was a delightful experience—marked by delicious flavors and attentive hosting. The pool bar and facilities managed by Mohamed, Ahmed, amd Salam, provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy refreshing drinks while soaking up the sun. The entertainment team, led by Ahmed Shafik, and Hosney, kept the energy alive with engaging performances and activities, ensuring there was never a dull moment. In parallel, Ahmed Shafik, Iman, Medo, Ibrahim, and Bedo, organized snorkling, dolfine seeng and shallow water immerse that were both fun and well-coordinat. For those looking for a more laid-back experience, Fawzy’s shisha service was the perfect way to unwind, offering excellent quality and a comfortable setting. Throughout our stay, every department worked in harmony from the lobby to the restaurants, the pool bar to the entertainment stage creating a seamless and enjoyable guest journey. Cook’s Club is more than just a place to stay; it is an experience shaped by a team of dedicated, friendly, and highly professional individuals. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests make it a destination I would gladly recommend and return to without hesitation.
