Balcón de Potes was a lovely place to stay. It sits on a hilltop just outside town, so you get peace and quiet but are still only a short trip from everything Potes has to offer. The accommodation is new, and it shows. Everything felt fresh, modern and spotlessly clean. The highlight for us was the view: waking up and looking out over the town and the surrounding mountains was something special, and it made it hard to leave in the mornings. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We'd happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone exploring Potes and the Picos de Europa.

Everything about the stay was great! We only stayed one night and would have loved at least one more to explore the region. Elena was a wonderful host, the bed was comfortable, the linens were amazing, the place was spotless, and breakfast could not have been better. It was a perfect location for us after spending the day driving and hiking around Picos de Europa. I wish I were at that peaceful place right now!

I was in the purple camper and it was so cozy! I got in from walking in the rain on the Camino and was able to hang up all my clothes around the space heater in the camper and quickly dry them. The bed was so comfy with a big fuzzy extra blanket that I immediately took a big nap under to warm up. The showers having their own rooms was a real treat to actually have a warm, private space. I stayed at another camping place where I was getting rained on in the shower space. This was so much better!

This inn is a true gem. Situated above the road overlooking a beautiful green valley. I was greeted personally by the owner welcomed and shown around. I got there on a cool rainy day and was helped with luggage, and treated to extra touches like roaring fireplaces that are kept stoked, blankets for wrapping up in, a well stocked bar, uncomfortable couches, and chairs in the Commons area. My bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast would included - which included everything homemade. I’m sorry I only booked tonight.
