Undergoing exterior construction in April 2025. Check in was at the temporary trailer in front of the hotel. Dusty, rooms feel worn. I hope they renovate those spaces next. Great coffee shop

Customer service was amazing! Professional, attentive and efficient. 10 out of 10. The room we stayed was clean, ample, perfectly maintained and peaceful. Comfortable bed, we had very good sleep.The location is close to the city centre, in front of Campo Grande beautiful park. Excellent parking facility at very reasonable price. Great experience, 100% recommended. Thank you!

Great studio apartment right at the corner of the Plaza Mayor, a fantastic location to explore Valladolid. Host was responsive and addressed concerns. Had an espresso maker in the room with a few coffee pods, which was a lovely touch. We didn't cook, but was handy to have a little kitchenette and seemed well-equipped for preparation of basic meals. Everything was comfortable and worked well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

    Everything. Nice people, clean, warm in the rooms (November), internet very fast (I needed Teams video conference). Simple but affordable breakfast. 24h reception and check in during the night!!!

    Room was spotless, staff very friendly and accomadating, buffet breakfast was okay nothing special and very good value. My only concern was leaving my fully laden car in the street as no private parking available ut all was OK next morning. Would stay again.
