For us the location was perfect…it is a quiet small town, close to a small grocery store and many beaches just a few minutes away, Krk historic center just 15 minutes away and evening/night life just a 10minute walk at the nearest beach bars. As for the beaches, we recommend Riton beach, which is just 5 minutes away by car. Very private and beautiful beach. The house was clean and newly refurbished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. The host was very helpful and polite; she gave us some delicious homemade red wine and, in the end, even gifted us a bottle of homemade elderberry syrup. The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday. Still, the house is close enough to bars, restaurants, and the beach (about 15 minutes walking).
