The homestay is near the market area. Freddy the host is a very helpful and nice person. He helped us with his local expertise to visit offbeat places. The room is clean, affordable and pocket friendly. The washroom is clean. He got us a breakfast combo which is good. Visiting again for sure. Inshort is recommended for tourists who prefer sweet and simple homestay (pocket friendly) which is clean and hygienic rather than just spending a night at a fancy hotel. P.S: He provided us with a parking space for our car in his own property.

The lodge is in a quiet, green valley, about 15 kms from Cherrapunji town. Though the room was small, it was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Mr, Ban, the owner, went out of his way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. He also took us around for sightseeing. And we came to know a lot about Khasi culture from him as he explained everything in detail. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Dinners were simple Khasi fare, very delicious!
