This place is a gem if you want to spend some time in Bolzano. It features apartments (some with kitchens), a laundry room, a nice gym, a yoga room, bike parking and a bunch of other things that make it seem like a college dorm. (In fact, it serves as one for international students studying in Bolzano. The staff is a bunch of helpful 20-somethings (keeping with the dorm vibe). There's a nice restaurant attached that features a buffet breakfast (20 Euro daily) which I skipped, but had my daily cappuccino for 2 Euro there instead. It's a 12-15 minute walk down the street to Walther Platz and the train station which you reach by cutting through an underpass. I can see that a single female traveler might feel a bit unsafe doing this at night by herself--but the neighborhood seems to be fine (a mixture of new office space and some older apartments). I wound up extending my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks as my plans changed and they were super helpful about accommodating the changes directly.
