The exceptional hospitality of the entire staff and their everlasting quest to satisfy and accomodate their customers. We were arriving late from a ferry crossing in Ancona and not only did they allow us to park our car securely in the back of the hotel they organised a pizza wine and profiteroles dessert for us after their restaurant had closed. it was waiting for us when we arrived almost 2 hours late. We were so grateful. Their genuine support and approach to customer satisfaction was outstanding. This is a very special holistic experience. Definitely not one to miss. We will certainly be back.

Lola and Enzo were wonderful hosts, not only making sure we had everything we needed, but anticipating what we might like to do and helping us to do it. We would highly recommend this lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean guesthouse, just one minute from the sea.

The bed was luxurious! I didn’t want to get out of it! The property was spotless with a whimsical decor and design. The location was in the city center within walking distance to restaurants, clothing and gift shops, and the train station. A great place to stay!

10/10! A new home away from home. Casa Addis is truly exceptional. Chiara and her family are exceptional hosts, making you feel extremely welcome and comfortable. We stayed 8 nights and hated to leave! The Awassa room has a large and comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with fluffy towels, air conditioning, a private external entrance, plenty of space to hang clothes, and a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The area around the B&B is simply gorgeous. Olive trees, sunflower fields and the sea view. There was a constant breeze at the B&B even during very hot summer days. The provided lounge chairs were great for relaxing. We also liked having access to a refrigerator in the common area and a microwave. The location is excellent - only a couple of minutes to the beach and just a few more to Senigallia. It is quiet and a peaceful retreat. We would not hesitate to stay again, and hope to do so someday!

Our stay at Hotel Playa in Fano exceeded every expectation and was the perfect way to end our vacation in Italy. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every single person we encountered was kind, professional, and eager to help in any way they could. The level of hospitality was exceptional and truly made us feel at home. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach was wonderful, and having the lounge chairs included made it so easy to unwind and enjoy the Adriatic coast. After several busy days of sightseeing, it was exactly the peaceful ending our trip needed. Breakfast each morning was absolutely incredible! There was such a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious choices that everyone in our group looked forward to it every day. One of the biggest surprises was the restaurant. We enjoyed our first dinner there so much that we ended up eating at the hotel every single night. Every meal was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and among the most memorable dinners of our entire vacation. The food, service, and atmosphere were simply exceptional. I cannot say enough about how impressed we all were with Hotel Playa. The accommodations, the staff, the food, and the overall experience were all top-notch. If you're visiting Fano, this hotel is an absolute gem. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about returning one day. Highly, highly recommended!
