Everything. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and kind. The location right in front of the sea, 2min walk to center. Full of restaurants and shops. Breakfast very good. And a tip: recommend the fruit cart at the end of the street.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff.. Location is good if you reach/move by public transit or if you do not want to be in city center and are fine being 10min away.

Hotel was located next to the beach in Otranto. Only as short walk into the historical centre of Otranto. Staff at reception and breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. No additional charge for breakfast or internet. The hotel's restaurant specializes in fish dishes; excellent food and service. Many other restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible views from the terrace. Clean. Well maintained. Great value for money. The best was Giacommo the host. Have never seen so much hospitality together in only one person. The combination of the place and the service from Giacommo was superb. We travel a lot but this was number one in our life. The breakfast was also incredible especially with Giacommo making us taste Special treats from local cuisine. Thanks Giacommo and we will be back!

A very big pool and nice location, very closer to Otranto old town - 5-7 min drive

Cannot speak highly enough of the way in which the Residence Altair team went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay with them. I had made a booking error by selecting a small double room that wouldn’t have worked for us but the team were able to upgrade us to a much better two-floor accommodation which was spacious, comfortable and provided everything we needed. We liked: the staff, mattresses, shower, linen, cleanliness, pool, wine by the bottle from the bar Overall a great stay and we would return if needed accommodation in the area and recommend without hesitation. Make sure you book the larger apartment rather than a basic room Icing on the cake.. arranging a much needed massage at short notice at the property and sorting out a parking ticket I managed to collect in Otrano but couldn’t decipher the payment instructions. Five Star Property and Team.. thank you!

This was truly a fairytale experience! This place beautiful and comfortable.

The location was perfect. The view of the sea and the fields of the olive trees plantation was superb from the beautiful pool and the eating terraces. There ara Cabanas for relaxation right on the terrace. The restaurant offers to options to have diner: fixed menu or la Carte. The food and service of all the personal was great; Denny and Prab attention to guests was excellent. Relaxation and comfort. The Masseria was a great experience!!!

Great location in the old town of Otranto but still calm and relaxed. The rooftop has an amazing view over the city and is the perfect location for sunset. The room was spacious and clean and the check in and out worked very smoothly. Giulia provided a parking pass which was super convenient. Definitely recommend staying there when in Otranto!

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the centro storico - only accessible via walking. Our host was friendly and helpful - he gave us recommendations on restaurants in the local area that would be open even during the low season.

The room was really big including a small balcony and a huge bathroom. Everything was really clean, a good welcoming, and a good breakfast. Also there is a terrace you can go to enjoy in the upper part of the apartment. Also the location is perfect to move around. We arrived by bus and it was just 10 min away from the bus stop. We felt really comfortable, and would highly recommend for a stay.

The place was very clean and in a great location, right across from the castle and the historic center. It has a lot of space for one or two people and was great for an extended stay. The staff were super helpful and responded very quickly when there was an issue with the water. The washing machine was great to have.

Clean room, location was great just a short walk away to the center. The owners were very polite and helpful. Federico greeted us and helped us with the luggage. We received complementary water, wine and snacks. There is a free private parking very close to the hotel. The breakfast was simple but very nice. We stayed there only for one night.

Every positive thing said about this place is true, the hospitality is amazing, the breakfast with so many local, homemade dishes is divine, the property is peaceful and tranquil, there’s a giant mulberry tree in June which produces an bounty of mulberries to snack on, the rooms are clean, well decorated and equipped, there’s are plenty of places to lounge in the sun or shade. Look no further for a place to stay in Otranto, this is your place :)
