Absolutely perfect ! The warm and welcoming staff are the highlight of this hotel - assisted us with our hiking plans of Mt Rishiri - provided valuable information; The hotel is located within walking distance of the Kutsugata Ferry Port, a Seico Mart and a cute town with several dining options (highly recommend Miraku Ramen and Un Balloon) The hotel has a lovely onsen with multiple pools to choose from; rooms are spacious and clean with lots of amenities (including Nespresso); the hotel restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet filled with unique Hokkaido/ Rishiri dishes (hotel also has a dinner buffet but we didn’t try it); the hotel gift shop offered an exceptional selection of Rishiri specialities Wonderful hotel with amazing staff

Host super hospitable & multicultural. Information package quite complete. Bike rental available. EXCELLENT quality espresso bean AND machine. QUALITY and QUANTITY of dinner option available for a good price. Close enough to a big onsen, bus terminal, and Kutsugata Port. Reading material for English travellers. Lots of great activities and restaurants around.
