Great facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and more. I could do my laundry and the AC/heater is very efficient without making any noise. Host was super nice and helpful. Speaks perfect English. He even taught me how to make Takoyaki!

Very clean, spacious rooms, good AC, and great shower and kitchen facilities. The host was really nice and friendly and happy to talk with us. He speaks great English as well! He was accommodating to our late check in time the first day and even drove us to the train station on our check out day. Would really recommend to anyone staying in Matsue.

The place is comfortable. It’s like a home away from home. The cleanliness of the place is exceptional even the screen door in the shower was very clean, which I found it a hard find in any places at which I ever stayed. The owner gave me a home type of tea ceremony. We are very grateful for that. Thank you, Emi San! The location is very convenient to walk to Matsue Castle, which is also an interesting place to visit.
