Hotels That Guests Love in Kyoto
  • Excellent location. Food to cater to different budget are all within walking distance - from Takashimaya's food market, cheap stuff from supermkt just 5 mins walk away and of course Tavelt food mkt by Fiji Daimaru etc. Hostel's lounge cum kitchen was adequately equipped too. At the time I was there, we were even treated to a Ragoku cultural performance.

  • The room itself is quite spacious compared to other hotels I’ve booked previously for my japan trip. It is very close to Kyoto station and other shopping malls which made it easy to cheap out on food court meals, if your on a budget. The bed is pretty big for a two person room with comfy pillows. Had seat warmer within the toilet. Unlimited supplies of ammenities

  • Clean, tidy and functional. Small, but comfortable room. Everything you need for inexpensive lodging. Spent 4 nights there and we were very happy we picked this place. Cheap bike rental allows you to explore Kyoto in a leisurely way. Nearest metro station 50m away; Gion district within walking distance.

  • Very quiet. Very simple facilities, but the price is correspondingly cheap. Staff is friendly and speaks basic English. Good value low-budget hotel

  • a new hotel ,very hospitable staff, located in an alley 20 meters from the main street very clean and tidy excellent location very near to the bus routs to Kyoto station and also very close to the subway station and a walking distance from gion(geisha quarter bus stops to sightseeing is also very near even though we chose a room on a budget it didn't feel like a cheap place but on the contrary
