Fantastic staff and hotel manager. We arrived early in the morning and we were provided a space to relax while our room was prepared and then provided an early check in. We very much appreciated this after a long flight. The rooms are new and have everything you need including all toiletries and full kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast bakery next door has wonderful pastries and coffee. Thank you very much The Peninsula.

I’m so happy that we chose this hotel because it’s perfect in all ways regarding the food service it’s the best 10/10, regarding customer service they are so friendly and helpful always greet you with a cheerful smile, regarding rooms they are luxurious and hygienic, Comfortable and not to forget to mention proximity to everything. For me, I will not ever think about coming to Phnom Penh and not staying at this hotel. Big thanks to all the team that made our stay perfect, and not to forget to mention the amazing spa they have I got the best massage in my whole life. Highly recommended anyone who visits the hotel try the spa they have

Amazing hotel. They let us check in earlier and also upgraded our room for free. Staff is super friendly and the restaurant and pool on the rooftop are just icing on the cake. Breakfast was great with western and khmer options. I would definitely stay here again. Very good price/value ratio.

The pool is amazing, surrounded by trees although the hotel is in the middle of the city. Our last morning there even featured a pair of hornbills (birds usually seen at a temple in town). Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast is included and very good. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious. You're within walking distance of the Royal Palace and the National Museum, also to Davids Noodle, where noodles are made by hand as you watch.

The room was very well appointed and very clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location was very good; walking distance to the Palace, the national museum and if you a good walker only about 25 minutes to central market. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Good location and wifi. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Bed, linens, and pillows were comfortable enough. Clean bedroom and bathroom. I appreciate that there is a wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so it doesn't get wet. Good water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. They arranged a day tour in the city and a bus to our next city for us at a cheaper price than advertised on many reputable internet websites. The restaurant served good food at an affordable price. Nice pool.

    New hotel, very clean, well-maintained. Location central to most sights, markets, cafes, riverside promenade. Quiet end-of corridor room, with balcony and view as requested. Generous wardrobe and drawer space, ample workspace/desk. Roof-top swimming pool. Laundry inexpensive, though up to 36 hours than 24 hours return. Good choice of foreign television satellite channels, including YouTube. Mostly polite staff, though mutual comprehensibility issues.
