I came here on a solo trip while waiting for my Vietnamese visa, as my girlfriend couldn’t join me. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the place — everything was perfect. Properties rarely look as good as they do in photos, but this one looks even better in person. The setting was stunning, everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was incredible: à la carte, with the freedom to order as much as you like!

The location is superb. Very close to the Royal Palace and lot of open area around it. The rooms are big enough for a couple. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast selection is good. The view from the upper floors are really nice.

    Good location and wifi. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Bed, linens, and pillows were comfortable enough. Clean bedroom and bathroom. I appreciate that there is a wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so it doesn't get wet. Good water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. They arranged a day tour in the city and a bus to our next city for us at a cheaper price than advertised on many reputable internet websites. The restaurant served good food at an affordable price. Nice pool.

    Good location for national museum and Palace. Close to good coffee shop 'Browns' which we enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. Good choice of foreign television satellite channels, including YouTube. Mostly polite staff, though mutual comprehensibility issues.
