Clean, comfortable, decent sized room with great AC. Fridge and ample storage in the room. The host was so kind and welcoming. They catered for our every need and inquiry. Breakfast was lovely: omlette, toast, fruit, pastry, and tea/coffee. The location was ideal, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the main street. Next door is a lovely cafe/bar (only open 6 months of the year) where we watched live soccer and also did a yoga class. Our best accommodation in Sri Lanka!

Staying at Ocean Light Mirissa just felt easy in the best way. The place is a short, breezy walk to the beach like you can hear the waves calling before you even get there. The rooms were clean, simple, and taken care of, no weird surprises. And Sachi is the best!. Super accommodating, kind, the type who makes you feel looked after. Overall, one of those stays that hits all the right notes.

A beautiful, laidback boutique experience. The rooms, garden and common dining area are all well designed and sparkling clean. Hotelito was one of the most beautiful places I stayed at during my month in Sri Lanka. The yoga rooftop was my favorite spot in the early morning, you can see monkeys, lizards, kingfishers, hummingbirds, woodpeckers … The area is quiet and away from the main road, yet perfect to get to all the various beaches and surf spots between Weligama and Ahangama. A bus and train station are right around the corner. The staff was always helpful and super friendly, and prepared a tasty breakfast every morning, including good French Press coffee. I hope to be back soon!
