Our stay at this homestay was absolutely wonderful, especially for families with young children! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering thoughtful recommendations for things to do in the area and ensuring we are comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy, clean, and had a homely feel with all the essentials provided. The view was amazing. They were incredibly attentive to our little ones even setting up a special kid-friendly space in the common areas. What really stood out to me was the personal attention and care that the hosts put into everything. It was clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. The owner greets guests warmly. The unit is very huge, with many rooms and bedrooms. Our team consists of 11 members that enjoy spending time together without disturbing the others. The entire unit is clean and furnished in a village style, with plenty of utensils provided. Highly recommended for large groups.

Privacy, quiet, spacious and cheap.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The two-level layout with five bedrooms provided plenty of space for our group, and everything was kept very clean. While it’s not a luxury stay, the homestay is incredibly comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it for families or large groups looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay! What made it even better? The homestay is suitable for lively groups—we didn’t have to worry about noise restrictions, which made our gathering even more enjoyable. Plus, the large parking space was a huge convenience for multiple cars.

Clean, modern, warm shower, kitchen/cafe in the same building, drinking water and hot water in the cafe area, free included parking, responsive hosts, fast check-in and check-out, included breakfast, ability to get an early breakfast if heading out to say hike Mount Kinabalu. The cafe food was good too!

Hotel itself is great, you have everything to cook. Shared toilets/hot shower are clean with toilet paper. The rooms have super view and are big enough. The real highlight is Ben, the host. Before we even arrived, he helped us arrange the transportation giving us advice on how to come. We arrived at 23:30 and he was waiting us, gave us information about the guesthouse and what to do arround. He also provided us with lot of contacts: scooter rental, private driver... If you come and stay here, you won't be bored :)
