Everyone was so welcoming and friendly… Jelly, the young man that cleaned our rooms… what a sweetheart… always so happy, remembered our names… just made our experience wonderful!!

The design of the quadruple room is very artistic. The service is also outstanding.

The location is tops. The service is very good. The breakfast very well prepared. The room is impressive and amenities are conveniently useful.

Love this place. Big rooms, clean, with kitchenette. No stove though but it’s ok.

The unit itself was clean and very good looking

Our stay at La Joya Suite was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm welcome. The place was amazing, clean and cozy. If you’re a light packer traveller or just looking for a place for your staycation, this one’s perfect for you as it has everything you could ask for. Perfect place to stay after exploring the city as it’s almost at the center of Naga. It’s very accessible to the nearest malls, restaurants, etc. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with as well.

The location is central to almost all of the restaurants. There is a water dispenser on the floors if you wanted water. We didnt try the breakfast but when we were having coffee i overheard the other guests raving about their “tapa” ( marinated beef) with fried rice. We will try it next visit!

Everything!! But apart from everything, a little story happened. I know the hotel is not liable to any losses but I lost my wallet like I dont know where but I am confident that it’s somewhere inside the hotel. Then they reached out to me that they have found my lost wallet! Amazing 🥹 the staff there cared a lot to their clients 🫡 not for money, for fame but Robertson Hotel must be proud to their employees because of their integrity 🙌

Nice location and all the staff are very accommodating and hospitable.

My husband and I had dinner at the hotel, food and staff service were great! The room provided went beyond our expectation. They gave us a room with a nice view of the pool and gym.

Location is great Transportation is easy Walking distance to S&R Room is clean The owner is kind and generous , he safely kept our baggage while we were on travel without extra fee Highly recommended

Owner was very responsive. We had no issues checking in and checking out. Internet connection was stable. Beds are nice and comfy.
