I like thats its well maintained, and our rooms are clean. The service of the security, valet, housekeeping and the in room dining. They are very welcoming and friendly, you will not feel intimidated or hesitant to talk to them unlike some other 5star hotel we have been even the luxury hotel didnt match the kindness of security and valet staff. I commend also how the in room dining handles the new year, as i know its very busy inside the hotel but we called them twice and still feel that they happy to serve, also great appreciation to the housekeeping staff who always clean our room especially on the 1st nyt and last nyt, everything is perfect. Feels like home inside the room. Highly recommended hotel!

Every staff member I interacted with was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to every detail of my stay. One of my favorite features was the in-room digital tablet system that controlled lighting, curtains, room service, and more with a single touch. It was high-tech but very user-friendly. Every piece of furniture felt custom-designed for comfort and elegance. The bed was a cloud—by far one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.     The staff were helpful. Hotel was very clean. Prices were right when we booked. They allowed and accomadeted an early checkin even though the official check in in Doha is 2 PM. The location is good too. It is close enough to the airport and other points of interest. Further when we were there uber worked and was fairly cheap, so transport was no problem. They have a hotel in the basement with fairly good food.

    The staff was fantastic and it was close to the pearl and a mall nearby. The location overall is great and the hotel itself is spotless. The gym has everything you would need and the pool is great. The food is diverse and affordable and they cater gluten free food if you ask for it. The internet is fast and very stable, great for work meetings.

    Very clean, excellent location and great view of city from 14th floor. Managers and staff are so helpful. On site spa, pool and gym is great. Helpful with booking safari and manager made sure we were ok and looked after. Got us a better deal on a safari excursion as well. Very happy

    Good location for a layover in Doha: close to the airport but also close to some other sights if you have some time to kill. Had a good sleep in between flights. Very comfy, very clean, and a surprisingly affordable bar on site.
