The room had an iron and iron table which came in handy.

Everything went very well! The hotel desk gal was very pleasant and accommodating. She explained where to park and that went great! We enjoyed a very special dinner at the hotel and a very delicious breakfast options as well ! Very happy of the location as we were able to take a walk along the fiver path.

The location was very convenient. Everything was easily accessible by walking - shopping, restaurants, bus and train stations. The breakfast was exceptional. The hours were reasonable, the selection was great, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. It was an older building, but obviously had been completely updated, so it had a lot of character but was very comfortable. The eating area was in a large glass covered courtyard that really added to the experience.

We stayed here before and after a long distance cycling event. The hotel was a partner of the organizers and seems to be very bicycle friendly in general. As such we were allowed to take our bikes up to our rooms . The rooms are very spacious and there are 3 elevators which are all big enough to fit maybe 2-3 bicycles at a time. The breakfast was top quality and the sauna was also nice on the 14th floor with a pretty good view. The quality is excellent for the price. Will definitely go there again if I will come back to the area.

Wow, I was just passing Umea and needed a stay for one night. At the Mimer I found a perfect place to stay, actually I already plan to go back. Very friendly staff, clean room with comfy bed, exceptional breakfast buffet. I felt welcomed and was sad to leave after just one night.

Supertrevlig personal, det va rent och snyggt. En riktigt skön säng. Väldigt god frukost,men sakande något mörkt mjukt bröd. Så fin utsikt från restaurangen på taket och riktigt goda drinkar.

Classy, chic and amazing food!! I loved the convenience of a restaurant with the hotel. Also the convenience of laundry facilities was brilliant.

Outstanding hospitality and thoughtfulness! ​I arrived late in the evening completely soaked after riding my motorcycle all day. The staff member working night shift was exceptionally welcoming and made check-in smooth and effortless right when I needed it most. ​To make a great stay even better, the same staff member was there early the next morning. Since I was in a rush to catch my ferry and couldn't sit down for the normal breakfast, she thoughtfully packed me a sandwich, drinkable yogurt, juice, and coffee to take with me on the road. ​That level of genuine care and customer service is rare. Huge thanks to the team—I’ll definitely be back!

It was really easy to check-in and check-out. Free parking was perfect as I was traveling with a car. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and it had all what I needed for a good night sleep. Sound insulation was good as well.

I love their reception. The staff is very helpful, especially Oluf and Asa. Their hospitable personalities add warmth to your stay. Their free dinner and breakfast are just a plus. If I'm coming back to Umeå, I will definitely choose this place.

A good place by the park. Everything I need can be found in the house. There’s a ICA store ten minute’s walk away. It’s actually not a bad idea to book a room without a window in summer here in Sweden. I had some good sleep there.

Clean, quiet, easy to check in and out of, with a large comfortable bed. I arrived quit late, but the instructions on how to get in were all automated and easy to check myself in. Good communication with the host as well!
