The room had an iron and iron table which came in handy.

It exceed my expectations,, I didn't realise my stay include free use of a sauna and a gym of which I was next door to. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Extremely clean and cheap, only 45 euros a night. It was great value. I would definately stay again. I love how warm and almost family like the staff treated me.

Everything went very well! The hotel desk gal was very pleasant and accommodating. She explained where to park and that went great! We enjoyed a very special dinner at the hotel and a very delicious breakfast options as well ! Very happy of the location as we were able to take a walk along the fiver path.

Wonderful experience with this hotel during my one week stay in Umea! Staff have been really accommodating and took care of my dietary requirements for my meals. Room has all that I need, including a hairdryer and a set of weights for morning workouts. Breakfast is superb and includes smoothies and ginger juice. Dinner was healthy and varied with Swedish specialties on some days. Utmarkt, och tack så Mycket :)

beautiful period correct atmopshere and decorations, front desk is open 24-hours. Parking is behind the hotel in a parking lot (with plugs for block heaters) but paid parking. Hospital nearby

We stayed in a Mystique room, and we really liked the bath tub and the coffee machine. The breakfast was delicious!

We stayed here before and after a long distance cycling event. The hotel was a partner of the organizers and seems to be very bicycle friendly in general. As such we were allowed to take our bikes up to our rooms . The rooms are very spacious and there are 3 elevators which are all big enough to fit maybe 2-3 bicycles at a time. The breakfast was top quality and the sauna was also nice on the 14th floor with a pretty good view. The quality is excellent for the price. Will definitely go there again if I will come back to the area.

Classy, chic and amazing food!! I loved the convenience of a restaurant with the hotel. Also the convenience of laundry facilities was brilliant.

In countryside, easy to park, great staff , good amenities

It was really easy to check-in and check-out. Free parking was perfect as I was traveling with a car. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and it had all what I needed for a good night sleep. Sound insulation was good as well.

Lovely place and Excellent staff, So friendly and hardworking we tried, Breakfast and Dinner. Both were amazing, chef fredrik and his lasania was awesome with spicy and ingredient. If we pass by again, we will stay at same place. Lot of activites outside area as well.

The location and facilities for kids are great, all is clean around. There was a really nice forest behind the camp far away from everyone for walking the dogs, which made the stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, easy to check in and out of, with a large comfortable bed. I arrived quit late, but the instructions on how to get in were all automated and easy to check myself in. Good communication with the host as well!

After previously staying in hotels, this is truly a comfortable and homey accommodation, perfect for families on a road trip like us.

A good place by the park. Everything I need can be found in the house. There’s a ICA store ten minute’s walk away. It’s actually not a bad idea to book a room without a window in summer here in Sweden. I had some good sleep there.

Clean, comfortable accommodation and spacious shared space. Clear labelling in shared space. Quiet neighborhood. Though I never met the host, she was responsive to questions and suggestions. Definitely a place I would book again if I visit Umeå again.

The sauna and bathrooms are perfect! Spacious and tiled, well-kept and clean. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There are laundry machines available and every necessary cleaning supplies for the dishwasher too! Outdoor seating faces a beautiful open backyard which connects to a park with play structures for children. The house is cleaned regularly and managed professionally. I could not be more happy with my stay!
