If you are looking for a quiet, authentic, chilled stay in a small fishing village on Koh Yao Noi... definitely stay here! Location is remote - you will need a scooter to get around the island. This, however is not an issue, as Sasina- the owner - is the best- she will help you with everything - she picked me up from the pier, sorted out a scooter, recommended and offered excursions, places to go, and all. Although I did not need, she can sort out your laundry too. This is a 4 unit homestay ( along some more in the village) , with a lovely back porch leaning out to the beach, filled with Mangrove trees, a fridge full of beer and other drinks ( at 7 Eleven prices ). Great seafood restaurant just around the corner. The room was nice, well equipped, clean and I did not even see a single ant or insect, even though it would be well expected in such a natural environment. Shower was great - A/C was strong - had to turn the temp up as I was nearly freezing in 24deg setting. Sasina is a real gem, her hospitality is exemplary.

Sooo clean Fabulous owners! So sweet. Took care of moped rental, island tour, breakfast in the morning and a ride upon arrival and departure. Very lovely garden setting. ❤️

It is a very quiet place, away from crowds and many tourists. I enjoyed the big windows with nice views towards the sea. It is a very clean place, with good wifi and a very friendly and nice host. Definitely recommend this place for people who want to relax away from the noise of tourist busy areas.

The owner was lovely! Very helpful with booking a motorbike, ferry transfers, etc. Room had everything you could need, great AC. 7-11, restaurants walkable distance.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful natural setting of Jaiyen Eco Resort. The whole place has a relaxed, mindful feel, and it was lovely to slow down, unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

The hostess was extremely helpful, 100/10. We had an accident on the island, she helped us a lot, came to the place where accident happened, helped me to get to the hospidal, sat with us for 3 hrs, ordered a lift back. Amazing treatment. All the people on the island were friendly, right next to the Simple there's a sweet cafe with amazing food and very sweet lady keeping it. The housing is, as the name reveals, very simple, but had everything we needed. Would recommend. The wifi worked better than the places we were on Bkk oh Phuket. We even had breakfast included, but we slept into that.

Amazing view, probably the best one we’ve seen in the past years! The living room is very cozy, with a nice terrace and a great pool with the same awesome view! It’s nice that you’re a bit isolated, it’s very quiet and you can really enjoy the villa and the nature.

It was quite and peaceful located a 5 minute walk to the market which was amazing!

If you want to stay close to nature with panoramic views of the peaceful surroundings, with no noise pollution, this would be the perfect place. We loved the it so much that, the moment we checked in, we extended our stay by 2 more nights. The host was very accommodating and helped us with the booking when we faced an issue. The cottages are maintained neat and clean. We rented a scooter to roam around the island. The Cafe is also a great place to chill and enjoy the serene ambience. Bonus, there are a few friendly cats in the property who are more than happy to keep you company, as you sit and enjoy the nature around.

Beautiful location, clean facilities, excellent breakfast. The family that runs this place really make it and they’ll get you anything you need! We rented a scooter from them, used their laundry service, booked a 5 islands tour, and he even dropped us off at our next hotel, which we only booked because Suntisook had no more vacancy!

I stayed a week. Left wanting more. Spectacular sunsets, view of the bay. Clean and quiet and so calming. More than a mere bonus: this lodge has the best cook on the island.

Great location right on the beach with sunrise. Easy walking to a little local town with restaurants and a couple of shops. Clean and comfortable accommodation, sweet staff.

Easy access to the most beautiful beach in Koh Yao Noi.

The owner of the tree houses is incredibly sweet. He gave amazing recommendations as what to do in Koh Yao Noi. You can also rent a scooter for very little money with him and the included breakfast is AMAZING. I can recommend the banana pancakes-they are a dream. The location is really good as well, very close to cafes and the beach - and the view, stunning.

It's a new big bungalow with terrace, small living room, small bedroom, small kitchen area and a bathroom. All simple but well enough. Nearby is a great seafood restaurant. Not too cheap but great. The area is super quiet and not touristy at all. If you want action, this isn't your place. If you want peace and local people, this is it. The host is quite new to the game, so give him some slack.

The room was splendid and the staff was exceptional, they helped us with a lot of things. Would absolutely recommend!

The appartment was very clean and comfortable. There‘s enough space to cook and to relax. If you rent motorbikes everything is reachable and not far. Also the hosts were really polite and nice.

This place is beautiful, in the middle of the nature. So peaceful. The lady at the reception/ restaurant was very lovely and the food was just GREAT. We ate at their restaurant as much as we could. Best experience in Thailand.

Very nice spot. Great view on the sea. A bit up the hill but worth the climbing effort. The host is very king and helpful. Cooking a great Real Thai food. You can enjoy it every day on the balcony. They also rent scooters. Great way to explore all hidden places in this quiet and beautiful island.

Great location in town, and a comfortable room at a good value. The owner also has a coffee shop just down the street. He speaks great English and is very helpful.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay! I felt absolutely welcomed to the family! Upon arrival I was offered a fresh coconut and every morning treated to incredible breakfasts on the terrace! The room is spacious, comfortable and modern and I loved the company of cats and roosters in the back garden. The location is just next to mosque, so there are couple of times during the day when it gets loud, but that did not bother me at all! Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Absolutely amazing place to spend a week in. Will forever be in my heart! Thank you so so much for creating this safe space! 💞

The owner gave me tips of hidden beaches to go to and with found myself alone in paradise. He and his wife also cooked us a delicious barbecue and soup fish on my last night. Super fresh and incredible.

The home stay were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot and felt like home. Every morning a new variant of a delicious breakfast was served in n the front of the room.
