The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the warm atmosphere created by the staff. They were always smiling, helpful, and attentive, making us feel more like guests in a home rather than customers in a hotel. Our family felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for at all times. Overall, this was a very pleasant and memorable stay. The place was exceptional. Prime location in the heart of the jungles and near Abant Lake with a small river stream passing through the complex.
