The hotel was clean and spacious for the price. The view from hotel was great, it needed 15-minute walk from the hotel to the cesme kalesi and the tourist area. We lovee the breakfast and staff were really helpful.

The hotel is on the small hill and in front of the sea, the view is unbeatable. The room is big and comfortable, and it’s very quiet in the night so I had a good rest. They offered the breakfast at the second floor with stunning sea view. We had a hearty breakfast, this is one of the most unforgettable experiences in my trip.

The location is right on the Cesme harbor but was not noisy. The hosts went above and beyond. The rooms are spotless and modern. We were mid travel and used the clothes washer and drying rack, and the host provided washing powder. The rooms overlook the harbor and we enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning and watching the area wake up. The location is great; you can walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops.

Allover amazing experience! Great owners, clean facility, amazing breakfast! Mr. Yasar is an excellent host. He is very friendly, kind, helpful, and responsible. Ms. Nihal is so kind as well. They even served us breakfast after the set breakfast hours one day because we were very jet lagged and they let us sleep until later. Mia and Uzum, the two dogs that hangout at the property are such gems. They are so cute. Mr. Yasar and Ms. Nihal let you play with them as much as you want. You feel at home at Balim SultaNY. Thank you so much!!!

The location was excellent. The hotel is on the waterfront and the ferry dock is walking distance (25 minutes). We didn't see any that were closer. Check-in was easy and the manager was friendly and helpful. He gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner. Our room didn't have a view, but it did have a balcony. It is a nice size, not too big, but more importantly, not too small.

The best apartment we ever had! Excellent!! The view is great, the host is amazing ❤️ We had fresh bread every morning for breakfast from the bakery of our host! It was really wonderful trip to Çeşme. I hope we will come back!

On a quiet street across from the beach. Breakfast was decent, but at other hotel affiliated with this one. The lady who cleaned the hotel was wonderful! I had a car, so it was easy to get around to go to other beaches close by. A 10 min drive to Cesme marina. Beautiful views.
