The room was extremely clean, check in was easy, staff interactions were pleasant, spacious room, the hot tub was extremely nice. I can only recommend. There was an issue overnight, nothing to do with the hotel, but it was addressed immediately. Someone was working on a motorcycle or car for over an hour starting at midnight. Being extremely loud and revving the engine. I called the front desk, they immediately went out and stopped the guy.

Professional Staff at the reception who would resolve any problem that may challenge you. special thanks to Zy' air who made our stay even more pleasant. The Room was perfectly clean. I was hoping to have a breakfast buffet, but Olivia in the hotel's breakfast area with her welcoming attitude and smile gave us a happy morning. Being on E-main street gives this hotel a special attribute, with all restaurants and attractions around it, that's what I'm talking about. The skating area is just behind it.

I have stayed here 4 times now... Each time our friend group has a birthday we stay at your facility. It has great access to downtown and we Uber everywhere to be safe after drinking.The rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable.. it's like home away from home

What we loved most about the property was the space. It was large enough to accommodate my family yet homey enough for us to stay together. Everyone had their own bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It is decorated very well with tons of updated features. There’s even a butlers pantry and entertainment space outside. The parking is off street which was a plus for safety. It was located close to everything we came to do in Greenville.
