Location is great!! There is a shuttle to Zion next to the hotel. The view around the hotel is amazing! Rooms are great. Standard American breakfast

The rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom. Breakfast was very good, staff were always filling up hot and cold items. Loved having the outdoor hot tub, pool was too cool as we were visiting in November. So many great restaurants all close by.

This lodge is next to the Zion National Park and 4 miles from downtown Springdale. The property features an outdoor pool, hot tub and rooms with refrigerators.

If your visit to Springdale is for hiking in Zion national park, the location of De Novo is perfect. We were so close to the park that we were able to beat all the other guests and find parking - but if you want a late start, the park shuttle also comes directly to the property. The views from our room were also exceptional and the renovation is fantastic. The quiet area of Springdale also offered a surprising amount of good dining and coffee shop options. We look forward to staying again.

Great mountain views from both rooms we had. Quite A/C unit. Clean room. The lobby/breakfast area was nice to sit at, and also the outside terrace.
