The suite was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the bed was incredibly cozy—one of the best we’ve ever slept on. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good selection of veggies and fruits. Overall, a great experience, and we’d love to stay again!

The location was perfect…close to the shuttle stop, restaurants and shops. The view of the mountains ⛰️ were spectacular. The property looked so new and modern. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! We loved this place. I was surprised it was a bag breakfast but there were so many delicious treats !

If your visit to Springdale is for hiking in Zion national park, the location of De Novo is perfect. We were so close to the park that we were able to beat all the other guests and find parking - but if you want a late start, the park shuttle also comes directly to the property. The views from our room were also exceptional and the renovation is fantastic. The quiet area of Springdale also offered a surprising amount of good dining and coffee shop options. We look forward to staying again.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and delightful. The hotel has a beautiful, well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere, as well as a great pool area. On-site parking was very convenient, and the complimentary laundry room was well-equipped.

Great location and easy to walk through

The location was exceptional, being in close proximity to the park. The staff was efficient and transparent in outlining the charges during check-in. The room was immaculately clean, featuring a pleasant shower, effective heating, as well as an ice machine and water station for guest convenience. I recommend purchasing food supplies for the trails at Sol Foods Supermarket and storing them in the room's refrigerator for added convenience.

The room was perfect for us. We used the laundry facility which was great. The breakfast was great and the little snacks in the afternoon were very apreciated after a pool trip :)

Everything is new here. So new, like never used at all. Kitchen has everything one may need. Beds are super comfortable. Hot tub is great after the day of hiking.
