The hotel itself meets the standard of a 5-star property, beautiful facilities, excellent amenities, and comfort. But what truly sets this place apart is its staff. Every single team member was wonderful, attentive, and genuinely kind. I must especially highlight LILIANA. Her service was simply exceptional, warm , professional, and truly personalized. She made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for.

This place is in a really quiet street in centro. So the location is great. They have kind of a boutique vibe which is nice and the rooms are small but comfortable. The host is really responsive.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful, even nicer than the photos. It was the best accommodation we have stayed in while in Colombia and the host was really nice. The apartment is in a quiet (for San Gil) residential area an easy 15 min walk from central square. It is on third floor so if you find climbing stairs difficult this would not be good. Also San Gil has lots of steep streets and the traffic is loud. At night with fans on the traffic noise was no issue and not at all disruptive. Overall the apartment was an exceptional place to stay.
