The entire community is incredibly kind. They took me on really interesting and personalized tours. The people who work at reception were very helpful with scheduling tours both in the community and to Chimborazo. Visiting the community is an amazing experience and I highly recommend.

The building itself is one of the most beautiful hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The family who runs the hostel is extremely kind and helpful. You don’t just get a twin sized bed, but a full size with two pillows, clean sheets, a clean towel. Every bathroom is stocked and clean. Incredibly impressed, and I will be visiting again! This hostel is excellent. It is actually like a hotel. Beautiful, clean. The location is awesome, the city is so beautiful. Marcos will host you like a friend, and help you with anything you need. He helped us book a tour to the lakes, gave us instructions to get to "Nariz del Diablo" by walking on the mountain, and even gave us a lift to the bus station. I highly recommend this place.
