Set in a central location right across the main square, New City Hotel & Restaurant Niš offers modernly decorated and spacious rooms and apartments, 2 large multifunctional halls, and a restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, the variety of dishes and their quality were a pleasant surprise for me. The location was very convenient both in terms of sightseeing and in terms of availability of cafes and various retail outlets.

4.4 km from Niš Fortress, Apartmani Hub is a recently renovated property located in Niš and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. a pretty decent and clean accommodation at walking distance from the Niš airport, true to its description here. given the recent appropriation for purposes of hospitability industry, everything is remarkably new and working properly, including AC, which was able to cool down the room from nightmarish 30℃+ and allow for some great rest during night; bed was firm and very relaxing; tv is smart. while amenities are strictly basic, there's enough stuff to make a pleasant stay, such as fridge & essential kitchenware; bathroom features its own water heater. within a minute of walk, there's a shop and even a bakery; a bus stop for both stations and city center is close-by; city noise level is minimal. communication with host was great; in general, hosts seem very attentive to their guests, and probably open to various requests, especially if you stay for longer, so don't be afraid to ask if you need something, even furniture, like tables/chairs etc.

Boasting pool with a view and views of pool, Freya SPA Apartments is a recently renovated apartment situated in Niš, 2.1 km from King Milan Square. A little gem in Niş, great modern, comfortable, super clean room, terrace and of course the wonderful spa (jacuzzi, salt room, steam room, sauna, jungle rain shower..). There was also a nice-looking outdoor pool. The staff was wonderful, responsive, extra helpful, even before we arrived. Location in quiet neighborhood, 15-20 min. walk from the pedestrian street where most bars/restaurants are.

Located in Niš, 1.2 km from Niš Fortress and less than 1 km from King Milan Square, Apartman Mici provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. We only stayed for one night during our trip. It was easy to find, the owner was waiting for us until 01:00 and was so kind. We had a place to park the car and it is pet friendly. There was tea and coffee in the apartment, candies for our son, dishes, glasses, pots to cook. The building is old but the apartment seems renovated. The train passes a few meters from the building but we didn't mind.
