I was surprised by how silent the room was even though the hotel was fairly full. The mattress felt comfortable, and I woke up without any stiffness.

From the moment we arrived on Koh Phangan and contacted Secret Palm, I knew I had made the perfect choice. I only wish I had booked for longer. We arranged a pickup from the pier for 500 THB and were collected by Thongbye in a Toyota Hilux with the Secret Palm logo. Thongbye was so sweet and chatted to us all the way, making the ride a lovely part of our experience. Arriving at the property felt like entering a peaceful, lush jungle retreat. Donovan welcomed us warmly and, even though we arrived early, offered complimentary drinks while we waited. His wife, Laetitia, is just as lovely. Both are French, speak excellent English, and make you feel instantly at home. The bungalows are spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. Everything feels new and thoughtfully arranged, with incredible attention to detail that clearly reflects Laetitia’s care … from quality bed linen and comfortable mattresses to two pillows per guest (one soft, one firm). The rooms include air-con, a fan, Wi-Fi, coffee, water, kettle, towels, mosquito spray, and screens on all doors and windows. I loved the large terrace with table and chairs and the suspended platform for relaxing or sunbathing. The setting feels safe, serene, and wonderfully private. Three bungalows are completed (five planned) and are genuinely beautiful. Huge showers and thoughtful amenities add a touch of luxury, rare to find in such a magical island environment. Donovan and Laetitia went above and beyond, arranging a scooter delivered to the property and giving fantastic recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and hidden spots. We also met Beer, whose bubbly personality added extra charm. Breakfast is delicious, and the small on-site pub adds to the relaxed vibe. Secret Palm is a rare combination of comfort, beauty, and genuinely caring hosts, with every detail thoughtfully considered. One of the highlights of our trip … we will definitely be back!

You're 5 min walk from the most amazing sandy beach, the best restaurants and cafes, clean rooms, and amazing service from Banana and her staff. Have her arrange your pier transfer, it makes things super easy and smooth. They will also set you up at the beach with loungers and an umbrella at your request, and it makes the whole experience even better.

With an amazing welcome coconut and a super friendly receptionist, we were flabbergasted within the first seconds. The room was just perfect as it's completely renovated. The bedding was also exceptional comfortable. Thank you Boho team for this amazing experience 🙏😁 see you definitely next time!

Everything was spotless, well maintained, and the rooms felt brand new. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Mr. Ping he is more than just a manager, he takes care of you like a true family member. He went above and beyond for me, even when he didn’t have to, and I’m deeply grateful for his kindness and hospitality. This place is a must stay in Koh Phangan. You don’t have to worry about a thing you’ll be in good hands from the moment you arrive. Without a doubt, one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommend checking it out 💚

Located a few steps from Thong Sala Beach, Pavana Bungalows offers a garden, and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Soooooo comfortable, lots of space and so clean. Beautiful location. The staff were incredible, I asked for something special for my husband’s birthday and they did more than I thought. Best place I would recommend 100%
