Very clean. Room seemed recently renovated. Friendly team, accomodating and helpful.

Everything about this property was amazing. From the initial booking, recommendations, to the follow ups. The property was very very clean, fully equipped with even a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. Waking up and seeing kangaroos on the golf course was an incredible experience. Very lovely decor and comfy beds. We would highly recommend staying at this property & will be staying here again on our next trip to the Hunter Valley. Full credit to you Denise x

Very special location. Heated outdoor pool was the big decision maker as it was winter . Very clean and great pub restaurants just in front and also part of , the building

Room extra large and bed very comfortable, all very clean

The apartment was very clean and well maintained and location was great. Also, it is very well equipped, so we had everything we needed to enjoy. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is a barbecue in the balcony and wifi. The unit is inside Oaks Cypress Lake and the reception agent was very helpful. Also, if you are after renting electric bikes, you can rent from them too.

Customer service offered was at level best . Went with group of friends they allowed us to use their kitchen fridge for our barbecue meals .barbecue area was relaxing and we had full fun .swimming pool was nc and clean Perfect place to go with friends to relax and enjoy Rooms were very clean and comfortable Great location Very secure and very close to wineries and hot air ballon Plenty of parking on the premises Had wonderful experience.highly recommend this motel
