The host were so incredibly friendly and nice. They greeted me with a coconut with a flower in it when I arrived and prepared coconuts for me often when I came back from a day. The room was right in front of the beach so I could go to sleep listening to the waves crash and watch the sunset from the hammock on my front porch. I was there during the low tourist season so it was very peaceful and quiet and this place is located between the two towns (about a 15 min walk to each town) so it was maybe the most peaceful place I’ve ever been. They also keep the grounds very clean, are very helpful with any questions, and Pengo is an excellent chef!

This place is pure magic, with a wonderful beach and nice places close by that you can visit. If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place to rest and enjoy delicious food while reconnecting with nature. Everything is always clean and they are always ready to help. Oscar and her Luci were super kind and Leo prepared the best food with this amazing flavor that made us feel as we were at home (just a little better than home). They pay special attention to details, clean water inside your bedroom, filtered water to drink and delicios coffe and herbal tea to make tour stay pleasant.

At Punta Brava you feel the true Pacific Nature. You are surrounded by the jungle and the sea in a mysterious and overwhelming experience, peaceful and exciting, disconnected from the world. The staff is so kind and ready to assist you every time but giving enough space if you want to enjoy the silence or sleep with the noise of the sea. Besides there is no shortage on adventure either you want to trek the jungle or diving the depths, surf or row. Our bed was very comfortable and protected from mosquitoes. We are looking forward to coming back.

The house is really nice and all made in wood, they have 4 rooms, we had the one in front of the sea, there are construction but you can see very well the sea, it’s a nice view with terrace and hammocks ! Very well located in the middle of the village, which is super cute by the way ! The host Yefer is really kind, and helpful, you can book tours with him and also book the lancha to go back to nuqui as well :)

Irana Pacific Hotel has minimal carbon footprint, all power is generated through solar panels and batteries, yet has amazing WiFi. It’s super easy to get to the hotel, with flights to Nuquí from Medellin and Bogota, very affordable. The best part of Irana Pacific Hotel is the staff, special thanks to Marcela, Eber, and Diana, who made our stay so fun and memorable!

This is a trip that is one of those you never forget. Staying at this hotel was surreal, I mean, you are in the middle of the jungle where you hear the sounds of nature like never before. Staff was awesome, we were very well taken care and the food was insanely delicious! Rooms were nice and clean!

Fantastic location, great views, beautiful beach, it's a great beach for swimming. The river that flows through the property at times is really just a small creek, but with rain, or with high tide it turns into a river that you can not just walk across. It's spectacular to watch the river/creek, and the beach transform with the local tides. The beach is so nice, that you will likely not have it to yourself. It's very likely other boats (called lanchas) will arrive with other groups of tourists and locals, to have picnics etc.
