The location was incredible, there are several beautiful shrines in walking distance where you are the only people there, a wonderful escape from the massive crowds in Kyoto, additionally nearby, Matsumoto Castle is one of the most picturesque castles in the country. The space was a nice cozy cabin the beds are nice and firm and I slept very well, everything was new and very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were wonderful, I used one of the extra services they offer, the azumino bear gym, the equipment was good quality and the trainer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely try to make it back here on my next trip!

Everything is well explained before even booked. This place serves it's purpose just as it is advertised. I place with a roof to sleep for the night. The staff was cheerful and really tried to be helpful. The functions on the floor were as comfortable as it can get. Respectfully I got a great night's rest to continue my journey the next day.
