The staff is great, super kind and helpful. The hotel is a really small boutique hotel, with a personal touch and a lot of attention to the details. It was our anniversary and they surprised us with a beautiful cake and sweets, it was truly amazing experience. The owners went out of their way to make me feel at home immediately. Their attention to detail and communication was excellent. The space heater and drinking water were a nice touch. Loved the view, the classy cabin vibes, the location- right across from the lake! The breakfast was seriously the best I've had in my entire time in Sri Lanka!
