Koragaha Lodge is a beautiful property with everything you could need. Dinner was delicious and the pool area was lovely and quiet to relax in. Praveen helped us organize everything we needed for our stay, a safari and transport to and from the lodge when we left for our next destination.

Everything about the place felt like a dream. So calm and peaceful and the lady of the property is absolutely fantastic.

The food varieties provided tasted really good, the calm environment with the lake view is really amazing also the service given was very friendly and professional.

The room are more likely like safari concept which is good .The food are so so nice and tasty. Kudos to the chef who recommended us for the dinner.

We stayed at this accommodation while visiting Yala Park, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable and offered a unique touch with their differently styled bathrooms, which I absolutely loved. The view from the rooms was breathtaking and very relaxing, with a beautiful lake nearby that added to the charm. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They prepared a delicious Sri Lankan dish for us and even surprised us with a traditional Sri Lankan dessert – curd with honey. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

It was such a fabulous stay. The tent was very comfortable and we were not too hot at all. The food was delicious. My favourite was the rice. The chef Jayalath did an amazing job and breakfast too was delicious. Madushan looked after us really well. Always with a smile and happy to help with everything. They arranged the safari for us which was fantastic. Supan our driver was all over it. Safe driver. He spotted things that only a trained eye would. He was friendly and fun. Highly recommend. Jayalath cooked us an amazing packed lunch. Eating outside by the campfire with oil lights was fabulous. We even had a crocodile who liked our left overs. The two dogs onsite were amazing. I really felt they protected the children especially. If they walked somewhere one or both dogs went with them. They slept on our porch at night. We were just charmed.

Wonderful stay with all the comforts necessary. Huge spacious rooms and fabulous food. Owner had even helped us arrange a safari for a reasonable price.

This quiet little cottage was a perfect place to base ourselves for a few days while we explored Yala, Lunugamvehera, Udawalawe, and Ella. Our hosts, Gayan and his family, went above and beyond to ensure we had a happy and comfortable visit, and we were honored to be their first guests through Booking.com. Their kindnesses included such touches as providing us with limes from their own tree and preparing us a special breakfast (including delicious milk rice) on our first day. They also showed us around town and even helped my friend find a shop that had some particular things she was looking for. The property itself is cozy and beautiful. If you sleep in the front room (the one with the king bed and small bed), you can fall asleep to the sounds of the distant sea even with the windows closed. If you prefer a more silent night, you will find that in the back room (the one with the loft bed). The front room opens to the outdoor living space you see in the photos. It is a beautiful place to sit with your morning coffee or to relax in the afternoon. The back room and the kitchen open to the outdoors, and there is a paved walkway connecting the back room, the kitchen, and the outdoor living space. There are friendly dogs who will hang out with you on the property, but they do not enter the porch/living area or the rooms. They are sweet, calm, pleasant company. There's a good restaurant next door, which is convenient for dinner. You could cook in the well-prepared kitchen, but we did not do this during our stay. We also did not walk to town, although you probably could. The hosts are planning to add a couple more rooms to the property over time, but for now, it's just this one perfect little cottage. Much as the name suggests, Garnet Yala Beach truly is a gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the parks who wants a peaceful beachy spot hosted by a lovely family.

We had an amazing stay at Yala Green Eco Lodge! The location is perfect just a short distance from the entrance of Yala National Park, making it super convenient for early morning safaris. The lodge itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and eco-friendly atmosphere. The pool was fantastic, very clean and a perfect relaxing spot after a long day of exploring. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well located place to stay near Yala, I highly recommend Yala Green Eco Lodge! Would stay here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
