Serengeti National ParkWith Serengeti National Park reachable in 10 miles, Seronera Wildlife Lodge provides accommodations, a restaurant, a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar.Guest reviewAbsolutely superb location in the middle of the Serengeti. The building is older though. There is comfort in knowing that it is a physical structure as opposed to a tented lodge. Food was good.

Serengeti (near Serengeti National Park)With garden views, Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma is located in Serengeti and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace.Guest reviewWe really loved our all-too-short stay at this spectacular camp, where tents face the Serengeti National Park, without any barrier, so that we woke up to giraffes walking by in droves at sun-dawn. The tents are basically little huts and very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant area is quite grand and features a second floor with a spectacular view across the wilderness. Highly recommended, especially when traveling from Masai Mara across the Kenya/Tanzania border.

Looking for a cabin?
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
