This must be one of the best lodging experiences I've ever had. The cabin was beautiful with gorgeous views. The sauna was perfect for a proper Finnish experience. And the hosts were helpful, accommodating, and super friendly. I really recommend it for anyone looking to have a real Lapland experience.

Kätkä Lake Lodge is truly a magical place! We really enjoyed our stay here and honestly, the lodge was our favorite stay during our week long trip to Finland. Firstly, Mikko, the owner is a fantastic host. Always there to answer our questions and really appreciated his help/comments regarding road conditions before we got there. Second, if you are looking for a place that provides peace and tranquility, the lodge is it. We really enjoyed snowshoeing on the trail across the way, it made me so happy!
