The air-conditioned chalet also provides a flat-screen TV, a seating area, washing machine and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. The chalet offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. The stay in DMC1 was an absolute dream. We loved the location as it’s very close to the centre of the town and to where all the good restaurants are based. Our host made our stay as easy as it can be and helped with all requests we had. It was one of our favorite stays we had. The room was absolutely gorgeous and huge with one of the best showers (perfect water pressure) We will be back!

My stay in Tavern rooms was great! The room is spacious, everything was clean, the location is great. Close the tourist area, but far from the noise. But close to many restaurants and to the beach. The air conditioner worked really well, tv, and fridge. You have a table and chair, place to put your things. I could wash my clothes and had a place to hang outside to dry. Bed and pillows comfortable. The front porch in each room is very convenient. The only problem was the internet that didn’t work very well.
Sheilla, the host, was completely amazing, very helpful, available and kind.
Is possible to go to tours with good prices and she can take you there.

Good menu and food. Big and clean pool. Very handy (and free) shuttle service to and from Alona beach and the Airport made for convenient travel to the main beach and when leaving the resort.

This was a lovely resort. It had great food and drinks. The rooms were nice and clean. Although it's a bit further out, they have a regular shuttle service which is great. They also have scooters to hire which we used.

Only 5 little huts on the river, really beautiful view from them all. We booked last minute as my partner wasn’t well so realised we needed somewhere to base ourselves to help him get better. Location was great for us as we wasn’t wanting to do much however it was slightly further away from the beaches. They help you rent scooter too for P500 a day. The owner was so kind and welcoming when we met her the next day, telling us about the dogs she’s adopted and feeding the little kittens.

the shuttle bus arrangement is very good. i think the wifi and hot water problem mentioned by the others have been fixed. the wifi and hot water is satisfactory for me.

Only stayed one night but it was clean, comfortable room with a nice modern bathroom & hot water! Staff were helpful in arranging shuttles/transfers. Pool area was well maintained!

I liked the property and its ambience with nature and beach huts. The staff was also welcoming and helpful. I also liked the location. It was close to a beach and many cafes, restaurants and bars. A lot of services are nearby as well - banks, pharmacies, motorbike rentals, local canteens, etc. The people of Panglao island are also friendly.
