Amazing! Rosmarine and Mathias are so lovely people! Thank you so much for having us in your AMAZING house! It's actually the most accessoriesed and decorated house I've ever seen! If I'll ever visit Carinthia again, for sure I'll get back there. The kitchen is fully accessoriesed, the beds are very comfortable, there are both hugh bathtub and a shower. And everything is decorated in a very high level. Also there is a yard balcony with seating places covered in glasses windows and Seiling. Beautiful! Really, we were amazed from the moment we stepped inside. Also many thanks for all the treatments from games and car for the children, to cake, wine and all your care for us! We won't forget this vacation ever :)

Location is great. Everything interesting in Carinthia is 20-30min drive from appartment. There is private parking space in backyard, and from parking you have less than 100 steps to appartment. This is no fancy resort, this is room with king size bed, bathroom, small working space and furniture from old times, which gives special atmosphere. You will feel like you came to your grandma's house. It's quiet, it"s peaceful, bed is comfortable and you will have good night rest after spending your day exploring Carinthia, Italy and Slovenia.

We were on skiing in Karten region and this is great location if you want to go to ski in different ski resorts, 20 minutes from Gerlitzen, 30 minutes from Bad Kleinkirchheim, 56 minutes to Molltaler Glacier, 59 minutes from Katschberg. Cant wait to come again :)

Fantastic location and ideal stopover. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and provided with a tasty evening meal. The bar was great and the breakfast was the best of our whole 28 day trip with fresh pancakes. We will return if we are in the area in the future.
