On arrival I was greeted by the owner who showed me around and introduced me to the chickens and other little animals. I had a nice little hamper set up and waiting for me with fresh eggs and porridge and some treats for my little puppy. I had a very stress-free break there and everything I needed was provided. I extended my stay for a further 4 days

The lady owner was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offered everything you could possibly wish for and the room and ensuite were spotless and comfortable. An especially nice touch was the cafetiere on the hospitality tray with lovely coffee. We definitely intend to book here again. Good parking too.

The room was very clean, had very nice bedding, good selection of tea/coffee and had some nice touches including waterbottles! The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice available, the owner was lovely as well. Would certainly stay again.

She has gone the extra mile regarding Covid hygiene and nearly everything that could fit in a protective bag or cover was! The breakfast was fresh, ample and lovely and the breakfast room was full of character. My Daughter and I used the location as an overnight stop after attending the Goodwood Festival so was ideal. We will use again.
