Any staff we dealt with were so nice amd friendly! We arrived early and our room was ready which was a bonus! Breakfast was great, great selection of hot and cold food! Location for us was great, it was around 15-20 min walk to everything we wanted to see! There's loads of public transport beside hotel but we just prefer to walk! The room itself was gorgeous! The tv at the end of the bed was amazing and bathroom was huge! On our last day when we were leaving, there was a lol gift from santa on our door which was such a great idea

They have Free water with sliced lemons & coffee machine . The bed I was given was double size. The location is good with buses/ tran/ subway including the E100 bus to airport . The area / the lane the accommodation is facing to have nice vibe with restaurants outside seating ( fewer cars).

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was great, the breakfast was simple, but very tasty. Very good coffee. Also they have some smart elevators which I tought were a really nice touch. Smart temperature controller in the bedroom. The bathroom was excellent. Very comfy beds. Also, you don't need to bring any body gel, shampoo or conditioner, they got you covered with that. You have a Hair dryer, an Iron and a table for the iron in the room. Fridge, safe, Big flat TV. The location of the hotel is very close to Fashion Street (aprox. 800 meters). Everything was VERY CLEAN.

The apartment was perfect. It was clean, big, and safe. The sofa bed was huge and could easily fit two people. The room also had a big bed to fit two. Everything was very clean. Honestly such a good apartment for a very reasonable price. The staff I would say were the best thing about this. They answered calls any time of the day, they solved any problems we had right away, even the little staff we saw in the building were very kind and helpful.
