There had been a small mix up on arrival but it was sorted straight away, plus a bottle of prosecco thrown in! They owners were really helpful, the building dates to the 1800's and is outstanding, a simple but ample breakfast including peach juice made from their own peaches was outstanding. They do children's events sometimes and it was lovely to see young people with no phones (banned for their events) enjoying themselves and having a phone detox! We recommend a trip to Oderzo whilst there, also the bridge at Bassano and 20 mins from the Noventa di Piave shopping outlet.

It was amaizing place. We were satisfaid with everything as well with owner. We stayed there for 4 nights. When we had some question or plasure just call to owner and he really fast resolved it. You are 1 min from the square. I advice it.

For us this place was what Italy trip was all about. It is like stepping in to another world and living the history. Our room was upgraded to the junior suite and we were taken care of very well by our gracious host at the reception. I think she was one of the Luppis family member. Garden is simply beautiful and perfect place to enjoy the afternoon and the breakfast. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. This restaurant is so beautifully decorated I felt like dining in a palace. Our waiters just could not do enough for us. The are building a spa which I cannot wait to see. I just like to thank everyone who took care of us so beautiful. I cannot wait to visit here again.

We only chose the location because we were en route home. The breakfast is good, even for vegetarians. The rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. The terraces, one for smokers are really clean and interesting.

Absolutely lovely holiday apartment. Fit all three of us in (2adults 1 child). Very accommodating owner as we arrived very late in the night and sorted arrangements for us. Would love to stay again in the future. Very tranquil and out of the way yet close enough to local shops. Aldi nearby 5km for cheaper shopping alternatives
