Orto di Cornelio was truly the best stay we have had in a long while. Ivana is the kindest and best host you can wish for! She baked a cake for our arrival - even though we made the booking just a few hours before. Besides the cake she filled the kitchen with things for breakfast etc. She gave us nice tips about things to do in Arezzo and surroundings, told us about the history of the house and the garden. She is available to ask questions to and make lovelt chats with, but you still have all your privacy. In other words, the hospitality is simply great. The house was superb. It is a typical Tuscan/Italian stone house with a lovely interiour. The garden is very big, almost too much for the two of us! We had wonderfull evenings there. Everything is very clean and it has everything you need. We loved all of this soo much that we decided to stay longer and skip another part of our trip. The days after we left, we could't find an accomodation quite like this... So,do not hesitate to book Orto di Cornelio. You will love it. You will definitely see us back when we're in Italy, Ivana! We loved absolutely everything about our stay at B&B Il Castello! The owner and host is the friendliest man you’ll ever meet. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even though the language barrier was a bit of a challenge sometimes. His French is perfect though. Nice, spacious room with beautiful furniture, good airconditioning and a very comfortable bathroom. The swimming pool offered some relief during the hottest hours of the day and we enjoyed it greatly. Very quiet neighbourhood, with a lovely restaurant (Jair) at walking distance from the property. Would definitely recommend this B&B if you have planned some activities nearby and would like to have a calm and comfortable stay.

The property was very beautiful and  contained everything needed for independent living. The location was great as we were not looking to be in interesting areas and wanted more of a rural feel and the town we were in gave just that. Being able to park on location of the property was a huge benefit which we greatly appreciated and something we would highly recommend on staying there. The surrounding areas were beautiful, and the host was very helpful and all their communication.

We really liked staying at this apartment. It had everything needed as well as super comfy beds, soft big towels, complimentary wine, fireplace and etc. True Tuscany experience, highly recommend.
