The location is very clean, quite and private. Every apartment which is quite large has a terrace where you can have breakfast/dinner, a drink or just enjoy the silence and nice air. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is large and cozy, the kitchen area is well organized and has all the necessary amenities and the whole apartment has a nice and warm feeling to it. 2 small lakes (a life preserve in the making) are nearby, half an hour walk, and the whole area is very relaxing and green.

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the most remarkable accommodation during my visit to Pisa. From the moment I stepped into the spacious rooms, I was captivated by the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided. The inclusion of a dedicated Kids bed and a comfortable couch for unwinding while watching TV added an extra level of convenience and comfort to my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, creating an ambiance that made me feel right at home. One of the standout features of this extraordinary place was the exceptional hospitality of Anna Maria, who went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and cherished. Her warm and genuine nature created an atmosphere that truly made it feel like a home away from home. It was evident that she took great pride in providing a memorable experience for her guests. In the morning, I was treated to a delectable breakfast that included a delightful slice of pie. The culinary delights served were not only delicious but also a testament to the attention to detail and the commitment to creating an unforgettable stay. The thoughtfulness put into every aspect of the experience, from the immaculate rooms to the sumptuous breakfast, truly exceeded my expectations. The location of this exceptional establishment was an oasis of tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It provided a serene escape where one could relax and recharge after a day of exploring the wonders of Pisa. The peaceful surroundings contributed to the overall sense of tranquility and made it the ideal place to retreat to. Without a doubt, this extraordinary accommodation surpassed all my previous experiences. The combination of spacious rooms, dedicated Kids bed, cozy couch, and refreshing AC ensured that every moment spent within the confines of the establishment was blissful.

It was my first BnB, and it was just perfect. For me its 10 out of 10. I booked the small house. Its in perfect condition, with all you needs inside. The host was really friendly and nice.

The house is simply amazing, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. If you like classic, vintage decoration you will love it. Rooms are cofortable, bathroom is big and nice and Kitchen is well ecquipped. The common space also is fantastic. Owners were very nice to us and helpful to us. The house is located 20 meters from a bus stop. Going with the bus to Pisa centre takes around 15 minutes so the transportation is good (except for sundays, when buses don't as in other days but that was not a problem to us). Overall, 10/10 experience :)
