Clean, well prepared and hospitality! Lovely place with a fair price, the host is super nice, prepared everything we need to visit in Venice. The room has kitchen area, TV with free Netflix account, and a good floral fragrance. The location is 5 min away drive to the train station, then two-stop train to Venice, also 10 to 15 mins driving to the airports. Which seems very convenient for us since we are taking a road trip.

Highly recommended if you are visiting Venice by car. It is a 15-20min drive to the old town of Venice but i recommend driving to Gaggio porta est train station (5min), free parking, and taking the train (3e) to Venice old town. It is a very clean hotel, and the staff are very polite.

I am so glad we stay at this place. This is family house .Very cozy clean and nice place to stay . We were family of 5. Everything was super convenient. The host was very hospitable and explain us how we get to venice and it was super easy. The parking is for free . Also we had a breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality

This B&B was amazing! It was very clean, very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed its charm. It was a 5 minute drive from the airport, which was convenient since I had an early morning flight. Ciniza helped make the taxi arrangements for me too. Overall, it was a great experience.
